Juggling Judges

This is so hilarious it just has to show up on the Daily Show. Tom DeLay asked the first judge in his indictment case to step down because he was a Democrat and gave money to dems, now Ronnie Earle has asked the second judge to recuse himself because he is a Republican and gave money to repub campaigns. Now the third judge who is Republican has appointed a new judge who is a Democrat. This is crazy, I thought judges based their decisions on laws not party affliation.
