Filmmaker Michael Moore is considering a documentary critical of the U.S. government`s handling of hurricane Katrina, MSNBC reports.
'It has all the elements that made `Fahrenheit 911` such a powerful film,' a source told MSNBC`s 'The Scoop.' 'The political outrage, the human suffering and the incredible footage.'
Although there was no official comment from the Moore camp, MSNBC noted the filmmaker has been a vocal critic of government culpability on his Web site.
