Press Black out in New Orleans?
While the King of the world plays Cover his A** it is looking more and more like they are getting their talking points out there to a public who only tunes in for about 5 minutes a day and will in the end no doubt believe their bull****.
This is really scary though; several people are reporting a press black out now in NO, here is a clip from NBC's Brian Williams:
"At that same fire scene, a police officer from out of town raised the muzzle of her weapon and aimed it at members of the media... obvious members of the media... armed only with notepads. ... Someone else points out on television as I post this: the fact that the National Guard now bars entry (by journalists) to the very places where people last week were barred from LEAVING (The Convention Center and Superdome) is a kind of perverse and perfectly backward postscript to this awful chapter in American history.""
FEMA accused of censorship
But on Tuesday, FEMA refused to take reporters and photographers along on boats seeking victims in flooded areas, saying they would take up valuable space need in the recovery effort and asked them not to take pictures of the dead.
