Being Liberal and a Progressive in a RED STATE is not an easy thing these days. I started this blog to vent my frustrations on our lives being taken over by right wing conservatives with their propaganda machines. I have also learned an important lesson in the last year, it is that reading is the only way to get real information, you cannot depend on the news you see on TV.

Obviously, no one has bothered to read, the Constitution, you know, tha little document that you dummycraps keep stating is a living breathing document, changing with the times, states "Section. 2.
The President shall...and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law"
.... see that little clause about advice or consent? HOW is a filibuster(REFUSING to vote) ADVICE OR CONSENT???????????? You people do NOT get it? DO YOU? dumbasses!(I am DYING to see your responses to this... they have ALREADY been REFUTED by the US CONSTITUTION!)
