Being Liberal and a Progressive in a RED STATE is not an easy thing these days. I started this blog to vent my frustrations on our lives being taken over by right wing conservatives with their propaganda machines. I have also learned an important lesson in the last year, it is that reading is the only way to get real information, you cannot depend on the news you see on TV.

Dean Slams Bush on Town Hall Meetings



Howard Dean Says Bush allowing only supporters into Social Security Town Hall Meetings:

Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said yesterday that President Bush’s policy of excluding non-Republicans from town-hall meetings on Social Security reform was “not an American thing to do.”

Crowds at the events are handpicked and friendly. In Raleigh, tickets were given out through the offices of North Carolina's two Republican senators, Elizabeth Dole and Richard Burr.....
