Being Liberal and a Progressive in a RED STATE is not an easy thing these days. I started this blog to vent my frustrations on our lives being taken over by right wing conservatives with their propaganda machines. I have also learned an important lesson in the last year, it is that reading is the only way to get real information, you cannot depend on the news you see on TV.

Damn, erinberry, it must REALLY hurt to be as hate filled as you are. Where is that so called "Party of Compassion". IN all I read and see, the dems are obstuctionist & hate filled, only crying out for "Freedom of Speech" for those who AGREE with them!
As far as for your knowledge of things, wasn't it that GREAT Republican, Bill Clinton who reorganized Welfare, causing such a stir about kicking people off of welfare and *GASP* making them WORK?
Yeah, yeah we all know Dems "care"... they care about keeping the poor, undereducated, living in a hell hole, unpriveleged, just that. Keep them on the government dole, don't give them an opportunity to better themselves, for if they do, they might see they actually have a chance to do something.
What's the old saying, "Give a man a fish and he will have fish for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will have fish everyday." See, it's not about GIVING things to people, its about EDUCATING them, TEACHING them, HELPING them, NOT about keeping them under your thumb, as you dummycraps want to do. You call it hypocrisy when 95% of the Missions helping people out, when the food banks, when the homeless shelters, when the grouos actually TRYING to help are set up, backed and funded by the *GASP* Christians??? Shows your complete and utter stupidity, you hate filled being!
